  • Creating your website from scratch will take you a lot of time and needs some experience with Squarespace and design in general to get a professional, responsive website for your business. With the use of a template, you’ll save at least 10-20 hours of work, and get a professional web designer’s website—without having to pay the big bucks.

  • When you purchase the template, you will receive an email with a PDF that’s going to guide you through the installation process and tell you how to get started!

    Within 48 hours of purchase we will send you an invitation to accept your new template. When you accept, the template will come as a new website with a 6 month free trial.

  • With your template you will receive a 6 month free trial so you have lots of time to edit! When you’re ready to launch, you will need to upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan. You can view the pricing plans here.

    You will also need to buy a Domain (URL). You may qualify for a free Domain through Squarespace with your yearly subscription. Otherwise the template guide will give you some suggestions on where to buy your domain name.

  • All of our templates use are DIY friendly and use a minimum of custom coding. We do use some custom code to make the website stand out and give it that extra touch.

    There may be some edits to the CSS, that are suggested in the template guide, for you to make. These are all easy edits and will never require you to know how to code. We will provide the copy + paste code and more information on what it is for.

    You are also welcome to add any coded features of your own. We can’t give you any support when you add in your own code.

  • Definitely! Squarespace 7.1 has a separate mobile editor, meaning that the template comes with a completely custom mobile design, and you have full control over it.

    To look at the mobile version of the template, view the demo on your mobile by clicking the mobile icon.

  • No, you will need to buy a domain separately or go with the built-in domain that Squarespace offers with your subscription plan.

    In our template guide we explain how to get a domain for your website, and how to connect it to the template.

  • The template guide is a manual where every step of customizing the template to your own is explained. You don’t need to have any Squarespace experience or knowledge to edit the template. The guide will help you make the changes you need to make.

    The CSS backup is a file with all the CSS code listed, that is used in the template. CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is used to style and layout web pages — for example, to alter the font, color, size, and spacing of your content, and add animations and other decorative features. This is extra to the built-in styling options from the Squarespace website builder.

  • Yes, you can use your existing Squarespace Account and the email from that account to receive your template on.

    You can’t use an existing website/Squarespace subscription to add this template on. You will need to add a new suscription to this template/website and cancel your old subscription.

  • If you have an existing site, and you order a new template, you will need to transfer any existing website content you want into the new template manually.

  • The templates are all highly customizable and flexible in design. You can change fonts, colors, layouts, blocks, pages, etc. Each template comes with detailed instructions in your template guide, on how to change or update things.

  • The great thing about Squarespace is that it's DIY friendly. When you purchase a template you will also receive a specific template guide that will teach you how to use Squarespace, so you feel confident customizing your template! Squarespace has tons of tutorials in their help center, where you can find all the information about how to use Squarespace.

  • Yes! We have free email support included with your template purchase. After purchase you will receive 60 days email support. Just submit a support ticket on the website or send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

    Also, Squarespace has great live chat, email support and a supportive forum.
